Stevens (Ken Mercy), and David Fernandez Jr. as Eugenio. Opening Credits: This film is somewhat a request. One of my good friends, one of many, had mentioned how great this film was. Thank you Mark, you know who you are, so a big applause to him please.  I wanted to review the new Resident Evil film next, but things change. That's what i love about doing this review, critic stuff it's a constant change. You have a game plan and somehow down the line it changes. My people are the import folks here, not me. I do have a list of movies coming soon, but if that changes down the line, and it's a friend requesting a movie, then that's enough for me. I guess when the Reeltime Movie r...

Opening Sequence: The vampire film of films has finally come to it's end of it's long drawn out tale. The Underworld Blood Wars is a movie that isn't for anyone, and that's saying a lot .Before i go into the review, i would like to mention the series previous films; They're either epic or somewhat OK if that makes any sense. Underworld (2003), Underworld: Evolution, Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (2009). Underworld: Awakening (2012), and finally Underworld: Blood Wars (2016). These films have been a ...

The Shallows (2016)

Image
Director:  Jaume Collet-Serra Writer:  Anthony Jaswinski Cast:  Blake Lively (Nancy), Oscar Jaenada (Carlos), Angelo Josue & Lozano Corzo (Surfer), Brett Cullen (Dad), Sedona Legge (Chloe), Pablo Calva (Boy), Diego Espejel (Intoxicated man). Opening Sequence: Another shark film, a scream, an attack, welcome to the world of survival on the beach fronts. The main reason i picked this film to review is really because of the trailer that i caught just before one of my films at the theater. Yup i thought it would be a great shark movie to review other than the Sharknado series. Say what you want about the shark franchise but ever since Jaws (1975) sharks haven't really had a good go around. The attacks escalated, nobody really cared, and the studio continued making films about evil sharks. You have to admit, sharks are evil looking creatures under the water. Not only did the film had a small cast, it was amazing how the actress did her thing with not having...

Logan (2017)

Opening sequence: Finally a Wolverine film that has something to offer than a humdrum story. Unlike the other Wolverine films this one has a balls to the wall kinda feel to it. The film never lets you go, it continues to grab you as the story goes along. I can say that with relief, because this is it, not going to get anything better than what you saw in this film. Not going to say much more before i go into my review, i just wanted to let you guys know where i came ...

Opening Sequence: The Arrival has been out for some time, and for a change i'm glad i reviewed this film. Because it's an alien film, with a very different twist. The flow from the first Act to the very last. Films like this one should be best picture, but, not going judge what is good and bad. Remember films are all about the audiences, not the Academy or Award people behind the scenes. The people's choice awards are my kinda thing, because of the people voting for best picture, and so forth. Movies like this particular one makes you think. So ...
