  The opening sequence, Abilene Texes, July 4th 2005, Video of families and loved ones celebrating our independence.  An explosion, a mushroom cloud and everything goes black.  

  WWIII has begun between Iraq, Iran, Afghanstan, Syria, and North Korea.  ( Narreted By Private Pilot Abilene( Justin Timberlake). Oil is scarce and our Government looks to alternative fuel. The Patriot Act is upgraded to the point that all citizens needing a Visa to cross from one State to the next.  Neo Marxists groups begin to show up and take arms. There main place of operations, Venice Beach in L.A. The upcoming Election between Clinton/ Liberman and Elliot/ Frost tightens to the point were the Republicans threaten to take Calafornia.  

  Boxer Santaros (Dwanye Johnson) was kidnapped and left in the Nevada desert. The action super star managed to escape and find his way back to California. 

  The next sequence we have Boxer Santaros ( Dwayne Johnson) lying in the sand, awake but doesn't know how he got there. The narrator, Pilot Abilene (Justin Timberlake) who was scarred by friendly fire incident, sits back and tells the story of Boxer Santaros ( Johnson), looking through the view finder of a powerful torrent. The end of the world starts here, Santa Monica beach.  "This is the way the world ends..Not with a whimper but a Bang." -Pilot Abilene

  First of all let me say that this film is a dark comedy, yes it is listed as a comedy. Intense language, sexual content, all mixed up into the end of the world scenario.  I had to mention that because I don't want folks to just pick up the film and not knowing what there up against.  

  Secondly the film has a huge cast with many stars which I'm not going to be able to mention all of them, my apologies.  

  Krysta Kapowski/Krysta Now (Sarah Michelle Geller) plays a porn-star that has a tv show with her fellow porn- star friends. They discuss topics in Politics to anal sex , and teen horniness.  Geller does a good job in her role, especially when interacting with other characters.  Funny comments come out of her, and somehow she thinks every comment is a blessing and inspiration.  Great scenes, funny circumstances which makes this character more than she seems.

  Boxer Santaros ( Johnson), plays an action hero that somehow escaped his captures in the Nevada Desert. His quirkiness, in playing two separate personalities brings out the character more; a very strange plot but doesn't disappoint towards the end.  Johnson also plays Jericho Cane the cop with extreme abilities, understands one thing only, the end is coming.  Really good scenes between all the characters in the film, funny and different.

  Christopher Lambert, John Larroquette, Jon Lovits, Mandy Moore, Amy Poeler, Kevin Smith, Wallace Shawn.  Great cast I had fun watching this film.  The dark theme mixed in with everything else really makes this film different.  I recommend it to viewers with caution, extreme language, sexual themes, check it out with an open mind.  This film really changes your perspective about people and there everyday lives.  Have an open mind, and enjoy the film.
