Stephen Spinella (Lieutenant Chad), Jack Plotnick (Accountant), Wings Hauser (Wheelchair guy), Roxane Mesquida (Sheila), Ethan Cohn (Film buff Ethan), Charley Koontz (Film buff Charley), Daniel Quinn (Dad), Devin Brchu (Son), Hayley Holmes (Teenager Cindy), Haley Ramm (Teenager Fiona), Cecelia Antoninette (Black women), David Bowe (M. Hughes), Remy Thorne as Zach.  And the Tire (Robert).

The accountant makes his way through a maze of chairs positioned, he waits, until his boss the lieutenant Chad addresses the spectators.  The Mojave Desert is a great place to start his live action film; Chad (Stephen Spinella) is a great mind, these people here today are about to witness a classic in the making.
A police undercover squad takes down every chair, slowly hitting it, as the car moves closer to the accountant (Jack Plotnick).  Chad gets out of the trunk, he approaches the spectators, letting them know something very important that pertains to the main plot of his classic.
The theme of his film is about reason, No reason.  He goes on to explain the theme to the spectators; they came, to witness a classic.  The Lieutenant (Stephen Spinella) leaves, jumps back in the trunk.
The accountant (Jack Plotnick) address the spectators, he hands them binoculars, he says to be ready and look, it will begin shortly.
The group of people gathered converse among each other trying to figure out what this is all about.  looking into the binoculars, they all notice a tire, in the dirt.  no movement, very slow at first.  But, then the tire starts to come to life, it stands like only a tire could stand on its own.  Feeling powerful, it rolls around testing its strength.
Meanwhile the spectators continue watching the life and adventures of Robert the tire.  Not understanding what they seeing, some complain and yet the tire draws them, compelled to continue.
The tire goes on, runs over a can, crow, and finally a bottle which he has trouble smashing, so shaking, a weird sound echoes, and the bottle shatters.  He goes off, feeling comfortable with his psionic power, suddenly a rabbit hops his way to him.  The tire shakes, and the rabbit head explodes.
Robert continues and finds a women in her car driving on the road; using his abilities the car breakdown,  The Tire watches, and follows the women called Sheila (Roxane Mesquida).  Follows her to a hotel, and the story continues.  Murders people, animals along the way, using the abilities deep within.
The main plot is about a tire called Robert, and he kills animals, people because it has powers.  Wow! don't know why? but this film dragged, in fact the tire part isn't the problem, its the acting, the plot.
Stephen Spinella who plays Chad is the only good actor in the film, nobody, i mean nobody acted like they should.  I guess Comedies can get away with not having a plot, but this film doesn't have enough laughs in it to consider it a real life comedy.  The film supposed to have a story, but that is asking for to much here, it goes from funny to dead in the water.  The effects are not good either, i could understand if the film was made in the 70's but it wasn't, it was made in 2010.  Maybe the filmmakers didn't have a budget, i get that part, it happens.  I guess the tire thing, isn't for me.
Comedies can be good, even if they don't have a plot, the key here is funny, laughing must be the first priority.  My recommendation, go check out films on red-box and don't bother with this film.
